Are you an insurance company or an insurance agency?
We're a licensed, independent insurance agency based in Water Valley, Mississippi. We help you choose the right coverage and apply for it, and the policy itself is issued by the insurance company. After you're covered, we're still your first call for questions, changes, and help if you ever need to file a claim.
Do you only work with one insurance company?
No. Magnolia Assurant Group is an independent agency, so we aren't tied to any single insurance company. We have access to hundreds of insurance companies, which means we can shop your coverage and show you options side by side instead of one take-it-or-leave-it price. If your rate climbs at renewal or your needs change, we can shop it again for you.
How long does it take to get a quote?
About three minutes to tell us what you need online. Your Magnolia advisor will text or call you shortly with any quick questions, then shop hundreds of insurance companies to find your options. Home and auto quotes are often ready the same day. Life and Mortgage Protection pricing depends on a few health questions, and some plans can be approved quickly without a medical exam.
Is there any cost or obligation for a quote or coverage review?
No. Quotes and coverage reviews are free, and you're never obligated to buy anything. If what you have today is the right fit, we'll tell you.
Can you cover my family and my business?
Yes. We handle personal coverage like life, Mortgage Protection, home, and auto, plus business coverage like buy-sell agreement funding, key person insurance, and commercial property and casualty. Having one advisor who sees the whole picture makes it much easier to spot gaps and overlaps.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. Most clients handle everything by text, phone, and email, and many applications can be signed electronically. You're always welcome at our office at 306 Railroad St in Water Valley if you'd rather sit down face to face.
Will my information be sold or passed around to other agents?
Your request goes straight to our local office, not to a lead marketplace, so you won't be flooded with calls from strangers. We use your information to help with your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What's the difference between Mortgage Protection Insurance and homeowners insurance?
Homeowners insurance protects the house itself from things like fire, wind, and theft, and your lender usually requires it. Mortgage Protection Insurance is life insurance that pays your family if you pass away, so they can pay off or keep paying the mortgage. They protect against different risks, and many families need both.
